Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). When you visit the website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type) is briefly stored in log files to ensure secure and stable operation. Data is transferred to the USA on the basis of standard contractual clauses or the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Contact form

If you contact us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (first name, last name, email, optionally phone, topic and message) solely to respond to your enquiry. The form data is transmitted and stored via the “Netlify Forms” service of our hosting provider and then forwarded to us by email. It is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to process your enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Fonts

The fonts used on this website are loaded locally from our own server. No connection is made to Google or any other third-party servers.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics, tracking or marketing services. Only your acknowledgement of the privacy notice is stored locally in your browser (local storage) so that the notice is not shown again.

External links

Our website contains links to LinkedIn and Google Maps. These services are only loaded when you click the respective link. From that point on, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

You have the right to information about the personal data we process about you, as well as the right to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing. Please contact info@kukcapital.ch.
